It was designed for players who are trying to move up to the next level of their career. You will need basic gym equipment, but if you have some stuff at home you could do the workout at home.
The Rapid Response Goalie Training system is designed for goalies who are very busy in their day to day life and still want to play better hockey and reduce their risk of injury, but do not have the time to commit to a pro-style program. This program lets you train at home with only dumbbells, a stability ball and some resistance bands. No workout takes longer than 40-minutes. You decide whether you workout 2, 3 or 4 times per week. It will still improve your stability, strength, speed and stamina.
