4 Minute Abs Review – Any Good or Not?
Hi, Jake Hunter here from 4 Minute Abs. Last weekend I was having a couple drinks with a trucker buddy of mine who I haven’t seen in about 3 months. During the conversation, he started telling me about a trip to Puerto Rico he has coming up, for a friend’s beach wedding.
And how he needed to get rid of his gut FAST, because he didn’t want to look like a beached whale when he takes his shirt off.

I then told him, “OK, hop back in your rig, drive it down to Route 10 and jam on that SOB full-throttle for just 1 minute, and see how much diesel you burn.”
He said “Are you crazy! I burn 3 gallons in 15 seconds (I don’t remember the exact number he said)… What’s the point??”
I told him, “The point is your body works just like that engine you got in that big ole truck, but instead of burning diesel, it burns calories. And the amount of calories you burn has nothing to do with the duration of exercise – it has to do with what exercise and *timing sequences* you do! This is why you can burn more fat in just 4 minutes than you could by doing cardio for 45 minutes.”
He looked at me with a curious look on his face… then he said he was going to finally give it a try. (I can’t wait to see his reaction after he does!)
Not only is that a much healthier way to go, but the results you get from that are a helluva lot more likely to last than if you just starved yourself.
